Here at RealisticSoftware your privacy is important. This policy applies to all of the software, services and content connected with RealisticSoftware.com. The policy in its simplest terms is that RealisticSoftware is not in a data gathering business and has no intension of ever releasing visitor and customer information.
In order to operate a website, correspond, and release software; RealisticSoftware does collect information.
Information collected and how it is used:
- Cookies - When you visit RealisticSoftware.com, the site does not create or use cookies. Although the site uses the services of francey.org, Google.com, Google Adsense, PayPal, and others; each of which have their own policies on the information collecting.
- Log information - When you use RealisticSoftware services, the web hosting servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit the website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request, and other identifying information. francey.org hosting service controls the content of the log information.
- User communications - When you send email or other communication to RealisticSoftware, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our services.
- Affiliated sites - Some of the RealisticSoftware services are connected with other web sites. The affiliated sites may have different privacy practices and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
- Links - RealisticSoftware links to sites outside of the RealisticSoftware website. We do not exercise control over these outside linked sites. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.
- Client Software Programs - RealisticSoftware software programs communicate with the RealisticSoftware server. The software programs send and receive information to better understand the software's usage and to improve the users end results. The software sends information of version, machine date/time, and operating system information each time the software is used. The software can optionally send other information under the user's direct control. The software receives information from RealisticSoftware's server of software product's status and of updated marketing materials to imbed while the software is in use.
RealisticSoftware processes collected information for the purposes described in the applicable Privacy Policy. In addition to the above, such purposes include:
- Auditing, research and analysis in order to maintain, protect and improve our services;
- Ensuring the technical functioning of our services; and
- Developing new services.
Information sharing
RealisticSoftware only shares information with outside organizations in the following situations:
- We have your consent.
- We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (c) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of RealisticSoftware, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.
